Supportive Living Rates:
All rates include dinner, weekly housekeeping, linen cleaning, heat &
electricity, emergency response and access to all amenities and activities. Options include up to three meals daily,
guest meals, guest suite rental, beauty salon or barber services,
personal laundry service and room service. Residents are responsible for Cablevision and telephone.
Studio Suites: from $2100/mo.
One Bedroom Suites: from $2300/mo.
One Bedroom + Den: from $2650/mo.
Two Bedroom: from $2900/mo.
Extra Person: the extra person only pays for meals and optional services.
Respite Stay: is available for $100 per day, including three daily meals, housekeeping and access to all activities (minimum stay is three days).

Orchard Manor provides specialized care for persons with memory impairments such as Alzheimer's and Dementia in a secure luxurious setting.
Orchard Manor also provides Extended care in a private wing to ensure their residents specialized care needs are met in a dignified setting.
Orchard Manor Rates:
All rates include all meals, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry, linen cleaning, heat & water, emergency response,
all nursing care as required and access to all amenities and activities
(as per full time recreation therapist). Additional services
available are guest meals, guest suite rental and beauty salon or barber services. Residents are responsible for Cablevision and telephone
if desired (optional).
